Marcel is a great landlord. I stayed in one of his temporary houses and it was exceptional. The house had everything I needed and in a great location. There is a small fenced in yard, perfect for my dog. It was a short walk to grocery stores, bars and a few restaurants. Marcel speaks English and will help with whatever you need! Highly recommend one if his properties!

I recently stayed at one of the Immobilien Spiegler TLA properties. The house was clean, beautifully appointed, and had plenty of wardrobe space, and most important, pet friendly. Marcel is very friendly and great to work with. He is very familiar with the DoD process and VAT forms. He’s so wonderful that I recently recommended his properties to two of my colleagues. They also can’t say enough about him and his lovely homes!

We stayed in one of Marcel’s temporary lease homes and we were very comfortable. He was recommended to us by a previous tenant and we can easily recommend using his company to others. Marcel is easy to work with and attentive. Communicating in English is no problem as well as navigating all the requirements for the US Department of Defense. The home is very well appointed and was a perfect place for us to stay to acclimate to a new life in a new country.

The property was impeccably furnished/equipped as if it were an own property, fantastic location, and cleaning service every week was also included. He invests a lot of time and effort into his properties, and it shows.

I just can say thank you to Marcel for such an amazing experience. I felt like at home since first time. The house is amazing and close to the highway. They have care of all to be sure we had everything to enjoy our stay. I have been for business but this perfect for family stay too. Decoration is well care too until the last detail. Marcel is a great landlord, during my hiring time he was permanently taking care of us. Quick on reactions to our demands and very attentive. The house is clean, nice forniture, brandnew appliances and well decorated. No problems over payments or bills. I would come back again.

I leased a beautiful home from Marcel and Necole Spiegler for four years. The Spiegler property management team was professional and effective. They deeply care for their tenants and their properties. The Spieglers exceeded my expectation and raised the bar as property managers, landlords, and homeowners. The team provided: accompanied utility installment service, in-house fireplace safety class, and post move-in touchup paint service. The team spoke fluent English, and they were able to translate when I had to communicate with foreign vendors. All work orders were resolved within 72 hours. They customized each tenant’s lawn according to the level of the tenant’s landscape expertise and time. They even rescued me when I locked myself out. My time in Bruchmuhlbach was truly spectacular. Marcel is a one man show. He is both a landlord and a realtor among other things. He is very quick to respond, very amicable and very attentive. He has very good taste in decor and his English is impeccable. The home we are staying in was recently remodeled and it's very comfortable. It's very hard to find rentals near the base at this caliber. Whether you are looking to buy or needing temporary or long term housing he is your guy.
